Hands of Mercy Livelihood Services Inc. (HOM) is a non-stock, non-profit organization based in Cebu, Philippines, dedicated to uplifting the lives of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through meaningful livelihood opportunities, practical skills development, compassionate service, and community empowerment.
Born from the belief that every human life is a precious gift from God, HOM seeks to create a community where physical, sensory, intellectual, or developmental limitations never diminish a person's dignity, worth, or right to live a purposeful life.

Complete landscape architecture, garden renovation, lawn sodding, ornamental plant installation, and commercial grounds maintenance managed by skilled PWD horticulturists.
Artificial Rocks & Boulders
Artisan-sculpted ferro-cement rockscapes, decorative garden boulders, grottos, and realistic textured finishes designed for private residences, resorts, and sacred shrines.
Water Features & Cascades
Custom koi ponds, cascading waterfalls, architectural fountains, and ecological bio-filtration systems creating meditative outdoor and courtyard sanctuaries.

What makes Hands of Mercy different from ordinary charities?
We operate not just as a welfare group, but as a sustainable social enterprise. We don’t treat PWDs merely as recipients of temporary aid; we empower them as master artisans in horticulture, rockscaping, and living wall artistry so they earn fair livelihood with dignity.
How do I hire Hands of Mercy for Landscaping or Water Features?
You can click the “Book a Livelihood Service” button on this site or call Brother Mau Magsaysay directly at 0915 774 9117 / (032) 272-1878. We schedule a site ocular, provide design recommendations, and send a quotation.
How can we request a wheelchair or walking cane for a loved one?
Use our “Nominate a Mobility Recipient” form online or contact our Balamban Outreach coordination team led by Sister Marsha Binghay and Vice Mayor Alfie Binghay. We verify beneficiary physical needs to supply appropriately fitted mobility gear.
When is the 24th Annual Christmas Outreach Feeding Program?
The 24th Christmas Outreach is scheduled for December 23, 2026 at the Cebu City National Science High School Gymnasium, Salvador Street, Labangon, Cebu City. We welcome 1,500 differently-abled and impoverished brothers and sisters.
